Aerial Hoops

Try something new with aerial hoop classes
Hoops are a wonderful circus apparatus in which the student learns beautiful movements and shapes while on a large metal hoop suspended in the air.

Who is it for?
Hoop classes are for everyone including beginners.

What's involved?
The session concentrates on activating core muscles for balance and stability, as well as improving coordination and flexibility. It's known to burn up to 500 calories per session.

Beginners start off learning the hoop basics of spinning and getting up and down onto the hoop. Once comfortable with this, they will progress on to harder and more advanced aerial hoop moves.

What do I wear?
Any comfortable clothing that fits close to the skin and is non-restrictive to your movements in recommended. Long sleeved tops and long bottoms are a must. Bare feet are recommended.

How much does it cost?
A six week course is £60 and advanced booking is essential. If you can only attend five lessons the course will be £52, four lessons will be £45, or you can pay £15 per single session. Unfortunately for this course if you do not attend a booked class there will be no transferring of monies to future sessions. The course covers silks hoop and trapeze although if there is one you want to work on more we can accommodate this.
