Is Pole Dancing painful?
Like any form of exercise Pole Dancing uses muscle groups which you may not have recently used so your body may ache slightly after your lesson.
The effects of delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) can be reduced by warm up and cool down routines but as you build up strength and tone your body will naturally get used to your new Pole Dancing exercise regime.
Whilst learning new moves it is possible that you will get minor bruises from mistakes, but this won't occur once you have mastered the moves.
