
Hula-hoops provide a cardiovascular activity that will allow you to burn as much as 100 calories in 10 minutes and achieve the dream washboard stomach. On average after a six week course each of our course members lose three inches off their waists!!
No longer are the flimsy, plastic hoops of old used - the modern hoop is larger and heavier. The extra weight means that the hoops spin around the body with ease in a slower, more co-ordinated way.
The tricks that you can do with Hula Hoops are endless and after a few spins you will be onto mastering a number of moves you never thought possible.
Classes are on Saturdays at 1:30pm in 6 week courses and the cost is £30 for the 6 weeks or £7 per single class.
